Executive Management

	Ulf Henriksson Chief Executive Appointed Chief Executive in July 2005. Ulf joined Invensys plc as Chief Operating Officer in May 2004 and was appointed to the Board in July 2004. He was appointed a nonexecutive director at Hexagon AB on 2 May 2007. Ulf was formerly an executive and senior leader for Eaton Corporation, Honeywell International/Allied Signal Inc. and Volvo Aero.
	Wayne Edmunds Chief Financial Officer Appointed Chief Financial Officer and joined the Invensys Board in June 2009. Wayne joined the Group from Reuters America, Inc where he had been SVP of Finance and had previously held senior financial roles in the technology sector including seventeen years with Lucent Technologies, Inc.
	Sudipta Bhattacharya CEO and President, Invensys Operations Management Appointed June 2009. Sudipta joined Invensys in August 2007 from SAP AG, where he served as senior vice president of solutions management for supply chain, manufacturing and product lifecycle applications. He was responsible for driving and executing product strategy for three of SAP´s core solutions and several strategic alliances including those with Invensys and Wonderware. Sudipta holds bachelor´s and master´s degrees in chemical engineering and in business administration with specialization in marketing, finance and operations.
	James Drummond CEO and President, Invensys Rail James Drummond joined Invensys in October 2005 from Kidde plc, the global fire and safety products company, where he was Director of Business Development for four years. He was previously Strategy Director for the Aerospace Services Division of Honeywell Inc.
	Mark Balcunas CEO and President, Invensys Controls Appointed September 2007. Before this appointment, Mark served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Invensys Controls Appliance segment. He joined what became Invensys Controls in 1979. Mark holds a Bachelors of Science degree in marketing and management from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana.
	Gary Freburger Chief Operating Officer Appointed September 2007. Gary joined Invensys plc from Invensys Controls, where he was SVP, Global Operations. Prior to joining Invensys Controls, Gary spent 26 years in Honeywell (formerly Garrett/AlliedSignal) Electronic Materials and Aerospace. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management and an Executive MBA. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
	Paula Larson Chief HR Officer Paula joined Invensys from Eaton Corporation in April 2005. Between 1992 and 2003 she worked in various roles at GE, most notably with GE Capital.
